The venue was impeccably clean and the staff were pretty friendly and excellent. the room we had included a safe, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of products. It was in an excellent and particularly good location just close to Zoo World. the hotel was in a quiet area, very close to the 27 waterfalls in Puerto Plata and several good restaurants.

the room was spotlessly clean and beautiful, had nice and included an electric kettle and a refrigerator. we loved the view of garden. the location was magnificent because it was right by several good restaurants, the city centre and the dominican republic. furthermore, in a quiet neighborhood.

The rooms were wonderful and well decorated, included TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Enjoyed mountain view.

Our two, night stay at Gaia was delightful. the staff provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. the Junior Suite was spacious and well, appointed, reflecting a blend of European style and Dominican hospitality. the hotel is situated in a peaceful and secure area, with convenient access to the city and nearby amenities. the breakfast was delicious, prepared with care and attention to detail. the entire property was immaculately clean, and the service was top, notch.

Gaia Residence Deluxe was a charming boutique hotel with clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a lovely pool area. the owners were incredibly helpful, offering upgrades and assistance with day trips and dinner orders. the modern amenities like fast wifi and smart TV added to the comfortable stay. Marina and Tony's warm hospitality made the experience exceptional.
